All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for valid reasons.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to government taxes, fuel price fluctuations, or supplier rate changes.
Cancellations will be processed as per our published Cancellation Policy. Refund timelines and charges will apply accordingly.
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Date changes made close to the travel date may be treated as cancellations.
Customers must carry valid government-issued identification during travel.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all personal documents (ID, permits, etc.) are valid and available when required.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the customer will be chargeable.
We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and other vendors.
We shall not be held liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, injury, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in
Srinagar, India.
